21jili operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued Philippine identification document (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, UMID) and proof of address before withdrawals are processed. 21jili reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You may request closure of your 21jili account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering requirements remain outstanding.
21jili accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit cards. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry period are stated in each promotion. Bets placed on games that are excluded from wagering contribution will not count toward the wagering requirement.
21jili reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived therefrom where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, or colluding with other players. Determination of bonus abuse is at the sole discretion of 21jili.
Unclaimed or unused bonus funds will expire as stated in the relevant promotion. 21jili is not obligated to provide advance notice of bonus expiry beyond the terms stated at the time the bonus was offered.
All games available on the 21jili Platform use independently certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Return-to-Player ("RTP") percentages for each game are available within the game's information panel.
In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on 21jili's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. 21jili is not liable for losses resulting from interrupted gameplay due to connectivity issues on the player's side.

21jili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
21jili does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.
21jili collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
21jili implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and 21jili cannot guarantee absolute data security.
21jili reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.
